Yes, we offer both on-site and remote services.
For clients outside Gauteng, South Africa, we can offer Remote support services.

How much do your services cost?

Our pricing varies depending on the specific service and the extent of the repair needed. We offer a free diagnosis and provide a detailed estimate before any work is done. For on-site support, there is a call-out fee for the first device, and a reduced fee for any additional devices on the same call-out. We charge R700 per callout for the first 2 hours, there after it will be R550 per hour.

We work on all types of computers, including desktop and laptop PCs, Macs, and servers.

Do you offer backup services?

Yes, we offer backup services and also Cloning HDD’s to SSD’s
